Forge Fest Refund Policy

At Forge Fest, we aim to provide a safe and memorable festival experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing tickets.

No Standard Refunds

• All ticket sales are final.
• Forge Fest does not offer refunds for change of mind, inability to attend, travel issues, or personal circumstances.

Refunds in Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:

1. Festival Cancellation – If Forge Fest is canceled entirely, ticket holders will be offered a full refund.
2. Extreme Circumstances – Unforeseeable events outside our control (e.g., government-mandated restrictions, natural disasters) may qualify for a refund at Forge Fest’s discretion.

Postponed Events

• If Forge Fest is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new dates.
• Refunds will not be issued due to date changes unless explicitly communicated.

Refund Process

• Refund requests must include proof of purchase.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method.
• Please allow up to 14 days for refund processing.
