Entry Requirements

All attendees must present a valid ticket on arrival. This can be shown digitally or printed.

Tickets must be valid and correspond to the correct event.

ID & Age Verification

We reserve the right to request valid ID at any point where age is in question.

• Passport
• Driving Licence
• PASS Card (with hologram)

Security Checks

All attendees may be subject to security checks including bag searches.

Refusal to comply will result in refusal of entry.

Food & Drink Policy

No outside food or drink is permitted inside the venue.

The only exceptions are:

• 1 sealed bottle of water
• 1 sealed energy drink (bands & Staff only)

Any additional items may be confiscated on entry.

Smoking Area

A designated smoking area will be available for attendees.

Access to this area may require a wristband or staff approval. Please follow all instructions from staff when using the smoking area.

Re-Entry Policy

Re-entry is not guaranteed and may be restricted depending on capacity and event conditions.

Please assume that once you leave, you may not be allowed back in.

Prohibited Items

• Weapons of any kind
• Illegal substances
• Alcohol not purchased on site
• Large bags or unsafe items
• Any item deemed unsafe by staff

Backstage / Band Access

Stage water will be provided in the backstage fridge for bands only.

This area is restricted and not accessible to the public.

Refusal of Entry

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who:

• Fails to meet entry requirements
• Refuses security checks
• Is intoxicated or unfit for entry
• Behaves aggressively or unsafely

All decisions made by staff and security are final.
