Accessibility Support

Forge Fest aims to provide a safe and inclusive environment for all attendees. We understand that different people require different levels of support, and we will always do our best to accommodate reasonable requests where possible.

Due to the nature of live music events and venue limitations, some restrictions may apply. We strongly encourage anyone requiring support to contact us in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Before The Event

If you require accessibility support, please contact us ahead of the event with as much detail as possible. This allows us to assess your request and ensure appropriate arrangements are in place.

This may include (but is not limited to):

• Mobility requirements
• Need for seating or rest areas
• Assistance with entry
• Any medical or support needs

Essential Companion / Carer

Where required, we may be able to accommodate an essential companion. Requests must be made in advance and are subject to approval based on the information provided.

We reserve the right to request supporting information where necessary to assess eligibility.

On The Day

If you require assistance on arrival, please make yourself known to a member of staff or security. They will direct you to the appropriate person who can help.

Please note that while we will always aim to assist, support on the day may be limited if we have not been contacted in advance.

• Access within the venue may vary depending on layout and capacity
